Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
This engineer must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in software development is required.
We’re searching for a detail-oriented individual with the ability to balance multiple critical path and time sensitive jobs on a regular basis.
Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the basics of semiconductor mask design, and a general knowledge about the use of masks in the manufacture of semiconductor devices.
Experience and proficiency in the following areas is also preferred: Cadence design environment (schematic & layout); advanced programming experience with PERL, Ruby, Oracle, and Unix Shell.
Roles & responsibilities
- Design and development of new software tools, scripts, and interfaces for use in the PG process.
- Participating in coordinated efforts within the ATD-MTPG team to ensure consistent application of methodologies and best practices.
- Helping to implement and drive efficiency improvements and changes in those methodologies.
