1Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JumpWhere Solutions, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India ("JumpWhere", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using our website, apps, or services (the "Platform"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

  • You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
  • If you access the Platform through your college or institution, additional terms agreed between JumpWhere and the institution may also apply.

2Our Services

JumpWhere is an AI + mentor skill-readiness platform. We provide structured, role-based learning paths with milestone-controlled progression, assignments, projects, AI-assisted doubt support and nudges, mentor reviews, AI and human mock interviews, community features (study buddies and pods), and readiness evidence such as verifiable certificates and skill reports.

  • Feature availability depends on the plan you purchase (see Pricing). Plan inclusions shown at checkout prevail.
  • We continuously improve the Platform. Features may be added, modified, or withdrawn; where a change materially reduces what you purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an equivalent or better alternative for the remainder of your access period.
  • The Platform is a learning and readiness aid. It does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a recruitment agency.

3Accounts & Registration

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information (including your name, email, and — where applicable — Roll/USN and academic details). Certificates and verification depend on this information being correct.
  • One account per person. Accounts, plans, and certificates are personal and non-transferable; sharing credentials is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4Plans, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable through our authorised payment gateway partners. Card and banking details are processed by the gateway and are never stored on JumpWhere servers.

  • Access is sold per plan with a defined validity period (shown on the pricing page and at checkout). When the validity period ends, access to paid features ends unless renewed or upgraded.

  • Prices may include limited-time founding or promotional pricing. The price applicable to you is the one shown at the time of checkout. Prices are subject to change prospectively.

  • Fees are subject to GST at the applicable rate for online education services. A tax invoice is issued for every successful payment.

  • Upgrades to a higher plan are supported; downgrades and transfers between accounts are not.

5Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to enrol with confidence, so — unlike a strict no-refund policy — each paid plan includes a refund window:

  • You may request a full refund within the refund window shown for your plan at checkout (currently 7 days for Starter and Pro plans, and 14 days for Career and Pay-After-Placement plans), provided you have consumed no more than 15% of the course content.
  • Refund requests beyond the window, or after the consumption threshold, are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway; bank timelines may apply.
  • Certificates, mentor sessions already consumed, and issued readiness reports are excluded from refund once delivered.
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] from your registered email with your order details.

6Platform Content, Curation & Third-Party Materials

JumpWhere is a curation and execution platform. Learning journeys combine three kinds of content, and it is important to us to be transparent about ownership:

  • Curated third-party content. Courses may embed or link publicly available educational material (for example, videos embedded via YouTube's player and official documentation). Such content remains the property of its respective creators and platforms, is served under their terms of service, and JumpWhere does not claim ownership of it. Trademarks and technology names shown on the Platform belong to their respective owners; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
  • JumpWhere-created content. The selection, sequencing, and structure of learning paths, and our notes, flashcards, quizzes, assignments, projects, rubrics, readiness reports, software, and design are the intellectual property of JumpWhere and its licensors.
  • AI-generated content produced on the Platform (see the next section).

If you are a rights holder and believe content available through the Platform infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with identification of the work and its location on the Platform. We review such notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we host where appropriate.

7AI-Generated Content & Limitations

  • Parts of the Platform — course outlines, notes, assessments, doubt answers, mock-interview questions and feedback — are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence, supported by mentor validation at key checkpoints.
  • AI output can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. It is provided as a learning aid; verify critical information independently before relying on it.
  • AI evaluations (scores, feedback, readiness indicators) are indicative and are complemented — not replaced — by human mentor review on plans that include it.

8Licence to You & Your Work

  • We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform content for your own learning during your access period. You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or publicly rehost Platform content.
  • You own the work you create — your assignment submissions, project code, and portfolio artefacts remain yours.
  • You grant JumpWhere a limited licence to store, process, and display your submissions for evaluation, mentor review, integrity checks, certificate verification, and (in anonymised form) product improvement.

9Certificates, Offer Letters & Readiness Evidence

  • Certificates and documents (program offer letter, progress certificate, completion certificate, shareable certificate, skill/readiness reports) are issued only when the eligibility criteria for your plan are met.
  • Each certificate carries a unique identifier and can be independently verified on our verification page.
  • The program "offer letter" is a JumpWhere program document marking your enrolment into a structured internship-style learning program. It is not an offer of employment, and completion documents do not certify employability — they evidence completed work, reviews, and assessments.
  • Falsifying, altering, or misrepresenting Platform documents leads to revocation of the documents and permanent account termination.

10User Conduct & Academic Integrity

  • Submit your own work. Progression is milestone-locked, and integrity signals (such as assessment behaviour and viva-style review) are used to keep readiness evidence credible. Plagiarism or having others complete your work may void certificates.
  • Do not misuse the Platform: no unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, disruption of services, or circumvention of plan limits.
  • Be respectful in mentor sessions, doubt threads, buddy/pod chats, and community spaces. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or solicitation may result in removal and account action.

11No Job or Placement Guarantee

JumpWhere focuses on making you project-ready and interview-ready. We do not guarantee employment, internships with third parties, placement, or any specific career outcome. Hiring decisions rest solely with employers, and interview or selection outcomes depend on many factors beyond the Platform. Features that connect you with recruiters or showcase your profile are provided on a best-effort basis and with your consent.

12Third-Party Services & Availability

  • The Platform depends on third-party services — authentication, cloud hosting and databases, AI model providers, video embedding, email delivery, and payment gateways. Their availability affects ours, and their terms govern their services.
  • We may schedule maintenance windows and are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party outages, your connectivity, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpWhere's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to JumpWhere in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of opportunity, profits, or data, arising from use of the Platform.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms — including certificate misuse, plagiarism, fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse, account sharing, or abusive behaviour.
  • You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, liability limits, governing law) survive.

15Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. We encourage you to contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly through support.

17Grievance Redressal & Contact

  • Grievance Officer — JumpWhere Solutions, Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
